If we take a hundred people who graduate from college or university and we follow them through their career, The 45 year plan, at the end of their career here is what happens to them:

This is the system we are living in right now by concluded market research. This economy is broken! Why is that the case? We have a University system that teaches you how to be a worker drone in the collective! You go to school and get an education, then you get a job and work in the 45 year plan and then you retire and live your golden years depending on other people. What a wonderful concept!

We live in a capitalist society, which means ONLY the big dogs eat! If you look at the corporate structure at your job, it is set up in a pyramid structure. CEO at the top (99.9% of the time you will never become CEO), they hire the VP, they hire the area manager, who hires the district manager, who hires supervisors, who hires new employees. Ask yourself, have you ever seen a Lamborghini in rush hour traffic?
Notice the average person, gets up at 8 o’ clock, just like they taught you for middle school, elementary and high school. They tell you when to eat lunch, when to go on break. The average person goes to work from 9 to 5, Mon-Fri, fight traffic in the morning, fight traffic on their way home, come home, eat, watch tv, go to sleep only to do the same thing for 40 years and they retire with nothing. Don’t believe me, go to Wal-Mart, Meijer, or K-Mart at night time, what do you see, old people claiming to be retired greeting at the door because their money ran out and they had to go back to work. I know I don’t want to work until I’m 65. What about you? Really 71 now. Social Security is going to be gone for us. Baby boomers are retiring. If each baby boomer retired today, the government would owe them 72 trillion dollars. Wow. They are saying we will work until we are 71. What is the purpose of going on vacation is you are hunchback and can barely move?
401K is a joke because most people can’t max it out. So what happens if that person lives to be 86. They will be living off $7,000 a year when they are used to making $40-$60,000. You have to pay attention. Why isn’t this taught in school? Because they government has to survive. It didn’t work for my parents, their parents, my friend’s parents. Don’t live average. The government will use you like a robot.
Look at school system, the average student probably pays $4-7,000 a semester. Not to mention books, then they tell you that edition is not being used anymore, so you have no refund. When you come out of school, you are in debt. Most people spend their whole life paying that debt off, not to mention the interest on it! Don’t forget about parking fees, food. College and the school system is a business. Pyramid shaped as well. President, VP, dean, department heads, professors, then the students at the bottom. It is a system, and we have been tricked. We have been programmed not to dream big. “Don’t get your hopes high” (Are your hopes supposed to be low). “Too good to be true”, “Why are you so happy?”
Even the government. President at the top, VP under him, congress, senate, state government, municipal then the taxpayers at the bottom. Ever wonder why Rich people get tax benefits and poor/middle class people don’t? Poor people say get a safe secure job. Rich people say build a business.
